Terms of reservation and rent

Reservation and payment

After customer has submitted reservation application we issue advance payment invoice for the reservation period if Holiday Home has not been booked already. Reservation has been confirmed when customer has paid the advance payment mentioned in the invoiceby due date.

The amount of an advance payment is 20% from the total rental fee of rental period. The final payment shall be made locally in cash or at the latest 2 days before the beginning of rental period if paid by bank transfer. If the amount has not been paid on the due date, the reservation is regarded as cancelled.

Cancellation of reservation

The cancellation shall always be made in writing. If the customer cancels the reservation 31 days before the beginning of rental period, the customer gets back the advance payment. If the cancellation is made later 31 days before the beginning of rental period, there will be no refund.

A cancellation is regarded as valid from the moment when rental organization has been informed of it. If the customer can show that the cancellation has been made and sent to the right address in time, the cancellation is approved even if it came late or never reached its destination. The customer has the right to get back the sum paid to the rental organization if the reason for the cancellation is that the customer or a member of his household is suddenly taken ill, has serious accident or dies. The above written circumstances must be proved reliably (medical certificate).

In all cases when customer entitled to get back advance payment, rental organization has the right to deduct the charges related to refunding (i.e. bank fees) from that amount.

If the customer changes the time of the rental period, this is regarded as a new reservation and a cancellation of the old one.

Force majeure

In case of force majeure, rental organization has the right to cancel reservation or rental period. In this case the customer has the right to get back the payments made to the rental organization.

Keys

The keys to the holiday home are given on arrival and after final payment. Rental agency has the right to require the payment of a security deposit upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Stay in the premises

The holiday home is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 12 a.m.on the departure day. The rent of the holiday home includes the bedclothes (pillow, blanket), tableware, firewood, electricity, water. The customer brings his own linen if he has not agreed otherwise when making the reservation. Linen usage is mandatory. Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home. It is prohibited to take any equipment belonging to the holiday home outside. Always put the heating to the normal position and lock all windows and doors when you leave the premises.

Number of guests

The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the holiday home has been mentioned in the reservation and invoice, and it may not be exceeded. It is forbidden to have a tent or trailer on the grounds without permission by the rental agency. No pets are allowed in the holiday home if not agreed separately.

Responsibility

Customer is responsible to ensure that fire safety rules are always followed during the entire rental period. The customer is obligated to pay for the possible damages to the holiday home or its property directly to the owner of the building. The customer is responsible and obligated to pay for the equipment that belongs tothe holiday home and has gone missing during rental period.

Complaints

All complaints regarding the reservation or condition of the holiday home shall be made immediately to the rental agency.
